Hi, I am using 7265 lockin amplifier for my research. I am measuring 3rd harmonic voltage of resistors and a metal line chip when they are driven by LI internal oscillator. Theoretically, the resitors should give negligible 3rd harmonic voltage but 7265 signal channel gives very high voltage in the range of 1-50 mV. I used another amplifier from Stanford Research SR830 that has three reserve modes : high, normal, and low noise. Low noise mode was giving me bad values but high reserve mode gives me almost zero 3rd harmonic value. So, I was wondering how can I set 7265 to high reserve mode so that I get the correct results.
