7220 Analog Outputs

I am having problems using the analog outputs on the 7220. I want to output phase and x%fs or y%fs. In the manual it stated that the maximum value for %fs is 120% which corresponds to 12V but I am getting values displayed up to <300% without any overload signal on lockin. values from 100%-300% output voltages between 10 and 11.5V. This is only a new problem as I had never had any difficulty with this before. Hope you can help soon.
