Signal recovery?

Hi, I seem to have lost my signal on one of our lock-ins. It shows nothing for x nor y nor mag however it show voltages applied to rear ADCs. Can we get Signal Recovery? Up to yesterday it was working and the other lock-in picks up the signal from a common source and signal reference. Could the board have burned out? Hope someone can help. Daniel PS Can we get the TDT command to work with this, if not where can we get the hard trigger for the TD command? Are there electronic diagrams?
