7265 RS232 Communication

I'm trying to set up communications with a 7265 via the RS232 serial interface. It works fine with GPIB, but that is not an option. The cable works fine with other instruments. I'm pretty sure all the settings are correct. I've tried communicating from both Hyperterminal and the Labview drivers, to no avail. I just can't get anything to show up on the Comms Test window, let alone get a response from the machine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. -Stuart Read
