You may download the driver from this website - click on Support to locate the page You do not need to do any configuration on NI-VISA. NI-VISA is used just for GPIB and RS232 communication, and these are installed by default when you load the VISA software extensions when you install a GPIB card. If you are using just RS232, run the VISA setup program separately.
