lockin GPIB does not respond

I would like to know about a problem that are ocurring with our lockins model 5210. After turn on the lockin responds perfectly. If you stop the program and start it again the lock does not respond. If you check the serial poll the response is always 0. The lock only returns to normal operation after turn off and turn on procedure. Angelo
