Saturation problem

I have a problem with saturation of the 5110 lock-in. When I turn on the 5110 instrument all functioning Ok, but after 10-15 s the values on the displays (Dis 1 and Dis 2) start to increase to maximum (full scale).When I change the sensitivity the values go down but after a while they start again increasing. When the full scale values are reached the overload Led switch on. This state keeps, until I switch of the instrument. I tried to switch of the Lock-in several times(some months ago I had similar problem It helped) but the behavior is the same all the time. Can you explain me what is the problem ? Does this behavior mean that the Lock-in is broken, if yes how can I repair it? I hope you could help me.
