Current noise source for lock-in?

Is there a simple way to generate a known amount of noise current for the 5210 lock-in to read? I have tried using resistors but the readings don't make sense (or, I don't know what I'm doing.) I would like to generate noise currents that these lock-ins could read in the order of 10e-13 to 10e-15 A/rt-Hz at center frequencies up to 10 KHz.
