Hi, I want to update my firmware from 6.5 to 8.3 of my 7265 Lock-In. I have tried to connect to the Amplifier via RS232 nullmodem cable and perform the update but the program always aborts with a communication error message. What are the right RS232 settings to get the program work? Are there other mistakes I can make?
